So,here are simple ways to spend your free time during lockdown

Netflix and Amazon prime platforms give us varieties of series that one can watch.I think in our daily busy life we hardly get time to watch, well,how is your best quarantine time to watch older series F.R.I.E.N.D.S to newer ones Dark ,Money Heist and many more interesting web series.


                      Medidate yourself

It helps you manage anxiety,stress and depression .Meditators usually meditate to remain calm even in stressful situation. Spend few minutes meditating regularly, in beginning you may find it difficult to concentrate but after some time you will get habitual and enjoy doing it.
Believe me and try from now onwards you will definately find a difference and peace.
Apart from attaining happiness and peace,it also helps to sharpen memory and improve concentration

  Spend some "ME,TIME", Introspect yourself

This is a right time try analysing yourself , the things which you love to do and make you feel happy. At a certain time we get so busy that we hardly neither get time nor we take these things important to do.
So,give yourself the much required time 'me time'. It could be anything, reading your best collection of books,listening your favourite music, etc.

Bring out your cooking talent now, this is the best time experimenting new dishes.
I am sure, we all are missing those days when we used to have Chili potato,nachos,veg biryani and so 
many . Even my mouth starts wattering now.
 Anyway this quarantine urged many of us to explore some new dishes .Try to bring restaurant at home. So this is also one of the best idea to make your time productive. 
      

 Online courses, Engage yourself acquiring new skills.

This is the one of the most exciting way to spend your time. Social media platforms provides so many opportunities to learn and grab new knowledge through online. It is so easy to learn anything only by sitting at home, be it online certificate or academic courses or learning dance,music and painting etc.Now a days it is quite popular also.




Let us all create this pandemic time our best and memorable time by working on ourselves. We will not be getting these golden days back . So, pick any of the activities which you find interesting and bring out your best version.
